Fathers are a little girl’s first love. For better or worse, they mold how their daughters see themselves – their level of confidence and self-esteem, capable and secure they feel moving in the world.

A little girl who feels loved and cherished by her father has a far greater chance of growing into a strong, capable young woman.

But, it isn’t easy being a Dad, much less a great one, so we see a lot of women who are wandering around wounded or broken hearted. On the outside they may present themselves as successful, yet be protecting a part of themselves they will not allow others to see. Which may work for a time, but won’t in the long run.
